Originally bought this for a Family Reunion because the Saint Andrews State Park Pavilion located in Panama City Beach Florida has no power supply and we were not allowed to use our big 5,000 watt generator to run Medical Equipment for my mom and other various equipment such as crock pots, warming plates, large fans, etc. The first box arrived at our home empty! Contacted FedEx, Amazon, and the Manufacturer to inform them of our dilemma, all companies involved worked hard to resolve the issue and Atima came through in fantastic form by upgrading my order and Amazon paid for the expedited shipping. For the Family reunion the Atima Generator was in the back of my pick-up truck with 50 foot extension cords going to the electrical equipment. Only time you could hear the Atima Generator is when you walked to the back of the truck. Since then, I have taken this Atima Generator to other peoples houses and used tools such and power drills and saws to complete much needed projects such as building my mom a new handicap ramp. Much better than reeling out extension cords! Thank you Atima!
